4. Data Storage and Retention

Media Processing

Input media files (uploads that were never confirmed or used) are cleaned up automatically after their presigned upload URL expires. Output videos are retained for 90 days after creation, after which they are archived. Archived productions may be permanently deleted after an additional retention period.

Account Data

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
