1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StrataKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StrataKit provides a video generation API that allows users to create videos programmatically through our platform. The Service includes:
- Video processing and rendering capabilities
- API access for programmatic video creation
- Dashboard for managing productions and API keys
- Webhook notifications for production status updates
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Generate deepfakes or misleading synthetic media without consent
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Output videos generated through the Service are owned by you, subject to any third-party rights in the source materials.
6. Pricing and Payment
The Service offers multiple paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATAKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
